It's always a nerve wracking decision buying a product that could result in damage to your TV but this wall mount is very solid. It came with easy to follow instructions that allowed the installation to be carried out in under an hour (note - you'll need the proper drill and bits for your wall type)The mount probably doesn't allow as much free movement as many of the more expensive ones but for the price point you can't go wrong.

We had a small issue with the fixings for our model of tv and we called customer service, a very helpful guy sorted us out the sort we needed and it arrived the next day! Thank you

This Bracket is advertised at being suitable for TVs up to 55 inches.This is not true.I have an LG Ultra HD 4K TV which weighs in at 21.5 Kilos.The Manafacturers of the Bracket claim that it will hold wights of up to 30 Kilos..after fitting the bracket to the wall,i the mounted the TV on it...result was that the cantilever arm of the bracket started to bend downwards owing to the weight of the TV,Gravity,and the fact that the Bracket Cantilever Arm is simply not strong enough to handle the weight of the TV,and whatever you try to do to correct it will not work and you will have a tv that is permanently squint..plus there is the present danger that the whole cantilever will simply fail and your TV will end up smashed on the Floor.I have done a lot of research on this product and it seems that many other people have also come across this problem.I shall be returning this item ASAP as it is unfit for its intended purpose.
