Keeps my nose open at night
I have used these off and on for years. These work really well to keep my nose passages open and I breather better at night, resulting in better sleep. I was told years ago I have a deviated septum, but it doesn't bother me enough that I want that surgery....YIKES! These strips are my go to when I have a stuffy nose. And these are the best...imitations are not the same...they don't even stick. Well worth the price.

Helps me with Sleep Apnea
I use this in combination with a small piece of medical grade tape in the center of my mouth for sleep apnea and it works great. I stopped snoring which my husband is grateful for.

Some of us have smaller noses, and wearing the wrong sized strip interferes with a good night's sleep.

The product is great, I've used them on and off for several years. Unfortunately, I've developed an allergy to the material, so can't use them anymore. Bummer.
