Wonderful Basic Syrup
We've bought this item several times, and it's consistently excellent. The cinnamon is spicy but not too hot, and it doesn't taste artificial or cloying.

Not cinnamony enough
It smells like cinnamon. It tastes like cinnamon. But it’s not cinnamony enough. It’s like the weak overly sweet relative of cinnamon. I wanted a punch of cinnamon and got more like a glancing blow.

Great flavor to add to coffee or hot chocolate
Cinnamon is my favorite addition to my coffee and hot chocolate over the cold winter months. MONIN is a thick syrup with lots of flavor. After trying many other brands, I have settled on this one as the best.
