I believe it works because I will NEVER intake any statins medication. Amla extract is supposedly proven to lower cholesterol. So far so good. My cholesterol is maintained, with addition to regular excersice and good diet.

Have been taking this product for about a year. My most recent total cholesterol was 151, with a 2:1 LDL to HDL ratio. I have never seen those numbers with patients on any dose on any brand of statin Rx! And, most of my meals come from drive through fast food places. For the record, I NEVER use a microwave, which has been associated with elevation of LDL (= bad) cholesterol.

This product has been a good addition to my healthcare plan. The capsule is easy to swallow and has no foul smell or taste. My only misgiving with this product is, when taken daily, my appetite is greatly reduced.

I like to keep my cholesterol under control without any chemicals. After comparing, tying many product, I settled on this one. Lots of info on their Life Extension website which makes making decisions easier. This is the 2nd bottle for me. Seems to be helping in a gentle way.

I am not sure what this does, but there is literally an oily film in the bowl after bowel movements. So I can see how it lowers triglycerides.

Do to very mild cholesterol, I take this instead of a prescription drug. Two a day. I was using the powder and putting it in yogurt, but, YUCK!! So I found these that work fine.

This product has been a great help to lower my cholesterol.

I feel like crap when I wake up in the morning. Like a hangover or something. I take as suggested too.
