The #1 is REALLY fine textured
Have never seen bulgar this fine.... it is really too fine, for my purposes anyway. If you want to make cereal by soaking overnight in milk use a coarser grind. My usual bulgar was out and have no idea which grind it is because does not have a number, so that is why i didn't know this #1 was not same. Oh well, i will eventually get my usual bulgar and will mix this in with it to use it up.
