Buyer Beware!
I have had a lot of trouble with this incubator. I do not know how to contact the seller so am writing here. I used an additional thermometer/hygrometer and discovered that this incubator runs cool and dry. I had to keep the styrofoam box around it in order to keep the temp up. Even then, it was still low. The humidity was very difficult to regulate and did not stay consistent. I could not get the humidity or the temps to regulate at lockdown, despite keeping the incubator in the styrofoam and putting towels on the top of the incubator for warmth. Less than 1/2 of my eggs hatched, and several of those had splayed legs or were shrink wrapped indicating temp and humidity issues. If I could return this, I would.

Indeed, temperature is off
Shipping is very fast, packaging is highly protected. Heard a lot of temperature display is not accurate, so, I bought 3 thermometers, put one in the center, two at opposite corners. After about 24 hours run, temperature displays were all lower than what shown on panel. I raised the panel setting to 39.5 (C), and let it stabilized again, I got center at 100 F, both corners show 98 F. Again, reset upper limit to be 40 (C), hours later, I got 99 F at both corners, center is about 102 F. Thought about thermometers may not accurate, I went to Walgreen's to get one for body temperature, and confirmed the thermometers measurements were correct. Likewise, unit display temperature is off about 3~5 degrees. Humidity seems accurate. The manual recommends to set unit to run at 37.4 (C) (~99.3 F), with the offset discovered, likely will fail you. If you should decide to buy, I suggest to do a measurement by yourself before you put it in use. To convert (C) to (F), use (1.8 * degree in C) + 32 = (degree in F). Any cell phone or computer can do this conversion. Update: First use, got 22/48, first timer. Update: Suggest to keep form packaging and use it to maintain the temperature. Wait one more week after first hatching. Pictures show one day old and 4 weeks after current.

The power cord does not seem to make a good connection where it plugs into the incubator
The power cord does not seem to make a good connection where it plugs into the incubator. I lost power to the unit for about 3 hours on the day the eggs started to hatch because the cord lost connectivity. This caused most of the unhatched chicks to die. The day counter also reset to "0" after day 7. I do like the fact that you can monitor the eggs by viewing them through the clear plastic bottom. I'll try again and hope to have better success next time.

I have had it running for about 4 days. ...
I have had it running for about 4 days. It has trouble maintaining heat. It runs constantly, but the alarm has went off several times and the temperature has been up to 4 degrees C lower that the set temperature. I do have the unit indoors where the temperature doesn't get below 70 degrees F so maintaining 37.5 C inside the incubator should not be a problem.
