HEATGENE Towel Warmer, Heated Towel Rack, Hardwired, Matte Black

This rack works gr8. Hubby hardwired it for me into existing outlet. Folks have asked if it warms the space where it's installed. Yes! Warmth emanates from it! I leave it on for days/weeks, even. Especially use it to dry my used towels. Dries two (folded) bath towels and I even hang my hair towel at the corner. Luv it!!!

I think it give the perfect amount of heat. I love that it drys my towels and they don't have that wet smell from hanging damp all day. It works perfectly so far. I only have one caveat. There's a little plastic cap covering the on/off switch. I don't like that. It doesn't have a good feel. Other that, no complaints. I would DEFINITELY purchase it again.

Love this towel warmer. Great for two towels and keeps them toasty! Looks and feels solid.

When it was first installed an early 2024, this towel warmer did exactly what we hoped it would do. It warmed the towels well, and dried them quickly after use. Unfortunately, in June of this year, just more than two years after installation, the switch on the towel warmer stopped working properly. It became very difficult to switch from the on to off position, and vice versa. Eventually, it became stuck in the on position. As of mid August, the unit has stopped working entirely. The switch is inoperable, and it no longer creates any heat. This towel warmer worked well while it lasted, but it’s frustrating to only get two years of use out of it. I guess their two year warranty was accurate. Based on its lack of longevity, I cannot recommend this towel warmer.

Exactly as described. Beautiful matte black finish. Easy on / off switch which emits a soft red light to let you know it’s working. The heat is perfect! I turn it on before I jump in the shower and my towel is toasty by the time I get out. Would buy again.

Just ok. I’ve come to realize there is probably no good way to get toasty towels without putting them in a toaster oven type contraction. This will warm your towel where it touches the bars, one one side. Do not expect the entire towel to be toasty. The towel warmer bars get HOT so it’s not defective, just hard to warm the whole towel through with this style warmer. It starts getting towels warm after 10 min and is as warm as it will get after about 30 min.
