Does the figet cube make a lot of noise to the point it would be a distraction to others?

The only part that makes much noise is the switch. If you click it repeatedly, it could be annoying. The other faces are far quieter.

Is it made from a slightly rubbery material or is it just plastic ?

Just plastic except for a couple of buttons which are squishy.

Does this have any way to attach it to something (a lanyard or key ring?

Hi no it doesn't it is a fidget cube
