How heavy is it after filling sand or water? Trying to figure out if I can move it around my apartment

Hello! Thank you for your message. The base could be filled up to 50 litres of water or 60kg dry sand. For safety reasons we are recommend to ask other adult to help with moving. The base can be tilted and roll on the side. Also, is easy to empty if needed to be moved. The clearance area is required of 2.5m for safety use. The Sparbar is made in Philippines. Confusing info on speed bag - can it truly take punches of extreme power or does one have to hit it lightly?
