Delicious for Masa
I used this for Masa multiple times and it was a delicious buttery rich corn taste that is leagues ahead of any bought tortillas.Masa Recipe: 2 cups corn, 8 cups water, 1 Tbsp Pickling Lime.Bring to simmer, simmer 1 hour.Leave to soak 8-12 hours.Drain & rinseGrind up in corn grinder or food processor.There are tortilla recipes online you can use. 2 cups corn makes about 20x 6in tortillas.
