Pressure and pain Relief
I had pressure on my eyes, soreness at the neck of my neck, blurry vision and a headache. I go to the doctor and they practice lidocaine for pain relief. It doesn't work. I see this on Facebook marketplace but couldn't buy it in time. So I ordered it from Amazon. After the very first use WOW THE PAIN WAS GONE. Pressure from my eyes is gone. It has good firmness, nice size and good quality. It even relaxed my traps and upper back. Worth every penny

Helps With WFH Neck Discomfort
I work from home at a computer all day which causes pretty consistent neck discomfort. Laying on this tool consistently over the past week or so has helped a lot. After positioning it properly at the base of the skull, laying on it provides just enough pressure but not so much that it's uncomfortable. The material is comfortable and feels well made, like it'll last a long time before wearing out. The design looks like it'd accommodate a wide range of neck and head sizes. This is an affordable and effective tool to have at home for those with neck discomfort.

Works, even though it’s a little expensive for what it is made of.
Not sure I’m using it correctly, but it seems to have eliminated my morning headaches (from stress, TMJ/grinding teeth, and that occipital nerve at the base of your skull) just by laying on it for about 10 minutes before I go to bed. Nice wind down time. Sometimes I listen to music or an audiobook while it stretches my neck out. It’s just a piece of semi-hard foam with a dent in the middle and some round bumps for pressure points. But whatever. It works for me. It’s a little expensive for what it’s made of. But worth it to not wake up with a headache.

Great 🥰🥰
I purchased the Purify Life Occipital Release Tool and it has been a great addition to my self-care routine. The design perfectly supports the neck and targets pressure points at the base of the skull. After just a few minutes of use, I could feel my neck muscles relaxing and tension easing. It’s sturdy, well-made, and holds its shape without feeling too hard or uncomfortable. I especially like that it helps with tension headaches and stiffness from long hours of phone and computer use. It’s easy to use—just lie down and let gravity do the work. Great value for the price and much more affordable than frequent massage appointments. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with neck, shoulder, or upper back pain! Good size

Life changing.
Life changing! I was in a car accident 17 years ago that gave me really bad whiplash. I had issues with my neck ever since. Multiple trips to the chiropractor, X-rays showed reversal of neck curvature, couldn’t bend my neck forward or backwards without a lot pain and tension. I have also had issues with frozen shoulder for the last 7 years. That has disappeared as well and it no longer hurts to sleep on my side. I have been using this for about a month. The first week I was consistent and then slowly tapered to a few times a week. It’s night and day difference. I can bend my neck now with no pain and the stiffness has almost vanished. The first time I used it was very painful and tender, I had to ease myself onto the pillow but after the first few times it no longer hurts at all. The pillow itself is a very hard dense molded foam. Not plastic like some have mentioned. It seems to be high quality and made well. Best money I have spent on something that has really helped my quality of life.

The is one better, Sorry to say it
I purchased this purify life occipital release tool on accident. I wasn’t paying attention and I was trying to purchase a magister occipivot. My husband and I tried the purify life occipital release for about a week. We realized that the massage points on this product are too firm and did not have any give. BTW, We use a back buddy regularly to release trigger points in our back. We know what firm is. The product itself the material that it’s made out of seems very durable. A little too durable and that it is not a material that seems to be good and manipulating the occipital region of your head being that it can be very tender, as well as a very difficult area to get the right amount of firmness. It gets two stars because the price seems affordable. However, in our house it has to work for both of us. I describe my husband as a former high school football player who intern has had a long life of manual labor as hay hauler. His trigger points are deep due to his size and fat layer. And this product was much too hard and uncomfortable for him to use. It also didn’t reach the trigger points properly and where it may have reached the massage points on the product are two small in circumference and did not cover the point areas. For me, it was similar in that the shape of the neck area didn’t support the curvature of my cervical spine, and it felt like my head was just going to fall off the back of it. I was unable to find a position where my head felt supported and was reaching my pressure points. It felt more like pinching than covering an area of the trigger points that needed to be released on my occipital region. I went and purchased a mag a week later. And although it looks the same or similar in the pictures, it is made out of a different material which ebbs and flows with the amount of pressure that is required to release the occipital region of the back of the head and designed for comfort of the cervical spine.

Great Concept, But Didn’t Work for Me Long-Term
What I bought this for: I purchased this occipital release tool hoping to relieve neck tension, improve spinal alignment, and help with TMJ-related discomfort. I used it as directed, lying back on it for a few minutes at a time. First impressions: The product is well-made, and I appreciated that it’s FSA/HSA eligible. The design seemed promising — simple, supportive, and targeted. Performance & Experience: The first session actually felt pretty good — I noticed some tension relief in my neck and shoulders. But by day two or three, it started to feel too hard and uncomfortable, and the pressure points didn’t hit the same. Instead of relief, I felt more soreness after using it. I gave it a few more tries but ended up having to return it. Pros: • High-quality material • May work well for certain body types or tension spots • Eligible for FSA/HSA use Cons: • Too firm for me — became painful • Relief didn’t last beyond the first use • Not adjustable or flexible for different neck shapes Would I recommend it? It didn’t work for me, but it might work for others with different neck tension patterns. Definitely try it on a soft surface and don’t overuse it. Thankfully, returns were easy. Tips for Buyers: Try it on your bed first before moving to a hard floor If you have a sensitive neck or TMJ flare-ups, use with caution

Like hands for the treatment at base of neck
Feels like they strong pair of hands you need to hold the right spot at the base of your neck that you can’t get to on your own. Recommended by my physiotherapist as I appreciate it.

Excepcional
Recomendo.

Great product but no pads…
Definitely provides relief, however it is slightly difficult to remain in certain positions since it did not come with non slip pads as promised.

Pivotal therapy pad
This thing is amazing. One of those things you didn’t know you needed until you got it! If you have neck or back problems you can stretch it all out and get a quick adjustment. I always align myself on this before a workout and before and after sleep.
