I really like this smart ring — it’s lightweight, comfortable, and looks stylish. It tracks sleep, activity, SpO2, and temperature, which is great for keeping an eye on daily health. I especially like that there’s no subscription fee. The waterproof design and dual charging options are also very convenient. Overall, a great smart ring for the price and easy to use.

this is a great alternative to the Oura ring. the silver one looks stunning and its quite comfortable to wear. the this I was looking for in a health tracker were sleep, activity, steps, and heart rate. This ring does all of them. The initial setup is a little complicated at the beginning but afterwards its a breeze. There is no monthly subscription which is great. The app is really cool and gives you better insight as it uses AI to give you statistics and how it interprets your health information. The charging case comes in clutch and its nice and sturdy, and gives you several days of additional charge in case you are in the go and can't connect to a usb c port. I'll be buying this for my family.

Update: charges quickly, not uncomfortable, but I’ve noticed that I have trouble typing if it’s on my ring finger. Sleep tracking is weird, and unreliable. If you’re looking for a solution that will track the big stuff, like steps and heart rate, it’s a good option. It pairs easily with apple health which is what I needed. It's still charging, so I can't tell you now about it, but it's comfortable enough. I wanted a less costly option before investing in another device, just in case. What can I tell you right now? There are no instructions, not real instructions, in the box. It comes with two charging cables - one for the box, which apparently can charge it on the go, and one for the actual ring. it's just a magnetic connection so plus it in and let it charge - plug it into your charging strip if it has the usb connection - it will charge a lot faster! I'll come back and leave more information once I've worn it for a week. The app needs an update immediately, which it won't let you do until the ring is at least 30% charged, so be sure to charge it as soon as you receive it.

Size is accurate to regular ring sizes, I had kne of those plastic things to measure your fingers from a while ago and worked wonders. The ring looks and feels premium. People ask me if it's an Oura, but I tell them that this one is better. Nothing like owning your tech purchases. This ring doesn't require a subscription to work so what I paid is the final amount I'm paying to get my vitals, sleep analysis, etc. It's easy to set up and comes with a nice charging case that holds battery and can be charged with a usbc cable. It's a little thick but still comfortable to wear and lightweight
