i have the other none rgb wraith cooler, will this one still work with my ryzen 5 2600?

Most definately. The wraith prism is rated highrer than the standard spire. Give better cooling and AMAZING colour effrcts. Just make sure to download the prism softwarr to control thr lighting effects

will this fit in the a320mk

It looks like it will, there is pretty good clearance for the RAM and VRM's and such. The only thing I'd add is that it is quite tall, about double the height of your RAM if not slightly more (assuming your using something like Corsair Vengeance) so may not fight into very small cases.

Will the wraith cooler support a 1900x thread ripper?

No. This is a 95w cooler. I think you need a more powerfull cooler

Will this work with a RyZe 5 5600x

I have one cooling my AMD 5600g CPU without any tweaking, runs about 40-45c playing halo infinite. You may want a better cooling option for better results but it does fit and seems to work out of the box.
