Does this come with a bind plug as I have lost mine ?

I seriously doubt it, I have never received a bind plug with an esc. Bind plugs do come with receivers.

Can this be used to replace an existing FM receiver to convert to DSM?

Yep, I used it to convert my old 27,3 MHz Supercup LP to DSM2. But it needed new 3w servos as well as the old system worked with 5w's. I did it mainly as an economic option for installing ailerons at the LP; the old receiver didn't have a free channel.

Can i use a vapor transmitter or a spectrum with this module

Hi I am using a spectrum transmitter with this and it works perfectly and I don't know anything about the Vapor transmitter. I hope the answer is of use
