My skin is very fair (pale) with strong pink undertones. What shade should I use? Thank you.

Hey! I would try Pale, if you are typically the lightest shade you can find, like myself. It's a very pale shade and is the fairest shade they have, BUT it is not a cool undertone. On the NYX site they say it is "white ivory with warm undertone" so think of it almost the "banana" color of these concealers. (Like Ben Nye Banana Powder for example.) It has a tiny tiny bit of yellow added to it but I wouldn't call it a warm shade just because it's so neutral. It is the palest shade I have ever seen available in any brand (yay!) "Light Ivory" is technically the lightest cool undertone shade but I think that would be too dark by the sound of your skin. BTW I got most of the information off of the NYX site as well as from being pale and purchasing both Pale and Alabaster for my neutral pale skin. (I've also been a pro makeup artist for over a decade.) I hope this helps!

Is this very similar to their other concealer, the "HD Photogenic" one, in terms of texture & coverage etc?

I think it’s a bit creamier an more pigmented. Deff stays in place.

What shade for very light skin with cool undertones?

Best coverup

Best coverup I’ve found in a long time. Blends nicely and pairs great with any foundation, but I wouldn’t use recommend sticking with NYX foundation for good, even coverage. Thin consistency but not soupy or transparent.

Just what I was looking for!

Everything great about this product. No criticisms at all. Was looking for a very light color as a concealer but also to lighten under brow as a highlighter. This does everything well. It goes on smoothly, doesn't crease, doesn't wear off and dries quickly. I wish it came in a squeeze tube rather than an "applicator" style tube as I use this product with a concealer brush so have to put a dab of product on my hand and brush into it but that's a very small downside. Great product with a great price. Love it!

It so creamy it goes on really smooth.

I really like the way it goes on, it's nice & creamy, u only need a tiny bit but I'm not sure about the coverage. I just have a hard time finding anything to hide my under eye shadows. Good price on it too!

Very white

The color Pale is much whiter than the picture and gives my eyes a racoon or owl look. The vanilla is a bit darker than my face. I have taken a picture of them on my hand with a paper-white background. However, it conceals very well and feels light against my skin. When I use this on my eyes I will blend it in with my regular concealer.

Perfect amount of coverage

I have very oily and acne prone skin, so when I try out a new concealer it can easily come off due to oil. But this one didn't after I used powder on my concealer. I find that this concealer does really well under the eyes but not the best for covering acne or sever redness.
