The one on the left is the old brand. The one on the right must be the new brand and not as chocolate as the old brand. It’s alright just disappointed they changed it.

Full of chocolate flavor and very creamy.

Not too sweet nor artificial tasting.

I ordered this to have for my grandchildren they seem to like it I tried it thought it had an odd taste to it but as long as they enjoy it that is what counts.

I love hot chocolate. It's one of my favorite things. And I have tried many, MANY brands. A lot of the K-cup ones are terrible - they are watery, or gritty, or bitter, or just plain gross and I always have to add stuff to make them semi-tolerable - whipped cream or flavored creamer or something. But this one is my favorite. It is smooth and creamy, rich and indulgent, and doesn't need anything else. It truly is a treat, and definitely worth the higher price tag than the other brands.Note: Like many people, I rely heavily on Amazon reviews before making almost any purchase, online or in brick-and-mortar stores. I am always honest with my reviews. If I love something, I shout it from the rooftops. And if I hate it, I have no problem telling you that too. I have tried EVERY hot chocolate k cup and this is tops. Make sure you do 6 oz only. You won't be disappointed!
