I'm a painting contractor that has become more of a sheetrock finisher over the year bc i just got tired of having to wait then ssnd and fix others work. We're striping vwc ( vinyl wall covering) in large common areas of a local hospital skimming by knife and trowel worked but slow so i started looking around and these wall skimmers came up watched a video or two. They were doing ceilings thats where this attachment came in . Long story short i can do a better job in half the time. I thought the skim blades were kinda pricey and they are until you use it . Then you want 2.

Excelente product

Works exactly as expected, fits perfectly. Level 5 is always top quality

The handle and push in ball to the bracket are not the easiest to get off to go do a different handle/clean bracket. Should be improved to a socket/button type.

Not long enough to reach the ceiling

A much required accessory for an excellent skimming blade. The blade was a game changer for me.

Using the larger Level 5 smoothing blades by hand can be hard and overhead use makes it tougher yet. Using the adapter, the smoothing blades can be attached to a pole, making use much easier to control and much easier on the body.
