Perfil de Sabor (La clave de Brasil): Si huyes del café amargo y fuerte que te deja mal sabor de boca, este origen Brasil es perfecto. Tiene un sabor mucho más amable y equilibrado. Se notan esas notas típicas brasileñas: un toque dulce (como a chocolate o nuez) y muy poca acidez. Al ser tueste natural (sin torrefacto), el sabor es limpio y no raspa en la garganta. Se puede tomar incluso sin azúcar porque no es agresivo. La Molienda y Cuerpo: El molido viene con el grosor justo. Yo lo uso en [cafetera italiana / express] y el agua filtra bien, sin atascarse ni salir aguado. A pesar de ser suave, tiene buen cuerpo. No es "agua sucia", deja una sensación cremosa en el paladar. Aroma: Nada más abrir el paquete, el olor es espectacular, muy dulce y envolvente. Recomiendo guardarlo en un bote hermético nada más abrirlo para no perder esa frescura, ya que el café molido se oxida antes que el grano. Veredicto: Es un café ideal para disfrutar con calma, quizás para la media tarde o el desayuno si no necesitas una "bomba" de cafeína, sino algo placentero. Calidad-precio excelente para ser un monovarietal.
