This bath robe is very good, made of 100% cotton is very high absorbency, it feels soft, and just like a towel with sleeves and pockets. This Turkish cotton robe fits to size. Why should you buy a bath robe like this? Well, first of all it will save in towels wash. Second, it is a personal item that one family member has, it is like they have their own towel. It discourages towels throwing on the floor because this is the only thing they will use to dry themselves. It also keeps one warm in winter after a shower or bath, but remember this is a bath robe not a night robe. It gives the person the feel of a SPA like experience. I bought this for my son as a gift, it took him a while to get used to it but then he figured out how comfortable and practical it is. I based the gift on how useful I find a robe for myself. This brand is very affordable and of fair quality. The robe is not super-thick but just right it should last at least ten years. This robe washed well on heavy cycle in hot water and in high heat no shrinkage was noted whatsoever.

For the price this is a great bathrobe. It is a lot thicker than I expected, perfect for all year use. It is very long, ,y husband loves that about it. I got the larger size and it fits well. If you are looking for a nice terry robe without spending $100, this works!

Surprise. Robes can be a challenge to buy on line. This robe surprised me. Quality is good. Size is accurate. For $40 I will buy more.

I bought this for my husband. He is 190lbs 6ft tall. His current robe is a large so I bought a large. The robe is soft. But it did not fit his broad shoulders and the sleeves only went three quarters of the way down his arms. I then gave it to my son. He is slimmer than my husband but just as tall. The robe fit hum better. The sleeves still did not go all the way down but it fit around the shoulders. He liked the quality and warmth after his shower. He said it was thick but not too thick.

So I love my new robe. Had it two months now I guess. 1) Like a lot of other reviewers: if you buy one of these, order a size too big, maybe two sizes. It will shrink a bit, even if you cold wash it and air dry it. I ordered one size bigger and it fits me perfect now. 2) I only use it for my pool, in the winter. When I get out of the pool, I put it on and it works great - I don't freeze. But when I come in the house I throw it in the dryer and I have noticed some fraying. That's ok - I use it nearly every day. 3) It is super comfy and very warm if you are one of those people who generates a lot of natural heat (like me.) I can only wear it for about 10 minutes before I boiling-frog-overheat. This robe is perfect for me, but far from perfect and others may not like it as much depending on your goals and future purpose. I love this robe and when this one wears out I'll be back to buy another.

When I opened the package I was surprised at all the threads that were hanging from it. I clipped them all off and put the robe in the wash. The instructions say wash before wearing and that's because it has a horrible smell and is pretty stiff. After washing, there were more threads hanging from the robe and the seams were coming apart. It also looks as though they didn't hold it taut when they were pulling it through the sewing machine because there's a lot of pleats in the seams. I think the seamstress must have been her first day when she made this robe. As far as fit goes, I ordered an XXL figuring it would be a little too big for me. The shoulders were pretty big but there was not enough width in the robe and there was only about 3 in overlap when I tied the belt. Now, I'm not that big so I can only imagine what a true XXL would feel like with this robe. It's going back.

Very nice bathrobe, not too heavy and not too light. I'm 5'10" at 170 lbs and the large fit well except sleeves could be another 2 inches longer, but not a problem. I washed in cold water and drip dry with no shrinkage or distortion. My wife could have made me one but it would have cost lots more.
