I've tried other braces, usually the small, single strip braces. This one is so different. It fits so well. The back is soft and stretchy enough to not roll or bunch up behind the knee, even when bending a lot. I wear mine over my pants and it's never been an issue. The two brace pieces sit perfectly where my knee pain is and together it works, the support is exactly what I need. There is a small support/pressure piece on the sides of the brace but I only feel them if I search for them. To say I'm relieved is an understatement. The straps are strong and durable, without being impossible to unwrap and rewrap. The whole thing is light but sturdy and is easily adjusted. Definitely worth a try if you have knee pain and/or need one that works better.

This knee brace is awesome. It applies tension to the correct places for ache relief. Great design.

I bought this brace, because of problems with the two other major brand knee braces that I have. While I need support and range limitation ... those big / traditional knee braces grab my knee cap, cause more pain and discomfort. Plus my leg is too immobile to be practical. So, this brace is lighter and very open. There is nothing going across my knee cap. My knee cap can move freely. I get some support, and a decent range of motion which allows me to gently do stairs, sit down at a desk, drive a vehicle, ... in a normal position. But it also reminds me not to kneel down, or bend too much, or maybe to some sideways movement. My only issue has been the skin irritation and itching from the part that goes behind the knee. It is quite unbearable, especially around the edges. I don't know how or why. I solved this irritation problem by folding a handkerchief over that section of fabric, before putting the brace on. Since then I have comfortably worn the brace for 24 hours. Nothing unsightly while wearing long pants, but in the summer, with shorts on, that white flag would look rather goofy ... so I would have to find a small square of dark fabric.

Top band slippage. It fits well, but the top band tends to slip down, bunching up and causing more pain. Only wore it for about an hour before I had to take it off. But, it does stabilize the knee and reduce the pain of walking. It provides good compression, and is made of quality materials

This is a great item, I bought this to run, they completely took my pain away. Used to experience knee pain after my gym work out, that ia no longer an issue. This allows me to have the support I need to enjoy my workouts!

Very good product, upper part doesn't stay in place if not tight enough

Absolutely love this. I was suffering from patellar tendinitis and also upper knee pain. This was the perfect answer giving me relief from both.

My husband says its more comfortable than the knee brace with the hinges on the side and that he can wear it all day doing blue collar work and it doesn't break down after a few washes like others I've bought for him to try. I would highly recommend. For comfort and affordability
