Was this ham sourced from Australia or any other country injecting their animals with mRNA?

I do not know where the meat originated, who owns Bristol Brand (most pork in the USA is coming from Smithfield's) or what vaccines were/are used by the producers.   However, according to a USA Today article of Feb 15, 2023, they state: "There is no evidence the human food supply contains mRNA vaccines. While livestock are occasionally vaccinated with mRNA vaccines, no milk or meat is harvested from the animals until the vaccines have been metabolized. Experts say there is little to no possibility of the mRNA vaccine entering the food supply through livestock."  At the time I bought this ham, I expected the canned meat to look and taste like Spam, but I wanted to try it.  I used it in a casserole dish so the taste may have been affected by the ingredients/seasonings I used, but it seemed to be good.   For the most part I try to stay with fresh meat, cook it, cut it up and use my Food Saver sealing system and freeze the meat.  If there were an emergency, this canned meat or Spam, is better than having nothing in one's emergency pack.  I understand though the concern with what chemicals are in our foods.

The expiration dates on these are usually 2 years away at least. The ones we sell are consistently 2 to 3 years from expiration.
