This is a Fender instrument cable and I purchased it to connect my electric guitar to a small amplifier that I only now acquired. I have had this for a week and it works well and does what it is supposed to. The sound from my guitar has never cut out and the cable fits tightly into both my guitar and my amp. The sound quality is fine. This cable material is black which is great as it won't stand out too much wile I am playing. The material that it is made of seems to be of a high quality, and I am glad that I did not cheap out on this. I have a Fender guitar and I wanted to be assured that the cable would fit and it does! The cord is compatible with my guitar.

Fender makes premium quality guitar cables. This cable is 99.95% oxygen free with rubberized strain reliefs and a thick, supple rubberized coating. I usually take a picture to show you what the solder connections look like, but in this case they are sealed. They have four inch long rubber shrinkwrap over each nickel connector. The shrinkwrap has Fender's name printed on them, so that you don't forget which brand of cable is outlasting those cheap ones you bought; which brand of cable still noiselessly sounds as good as the day you bought it; which brand of cable does not bind up and kink like other brands do--because it was made not to. With apologies for sounding like a sales pitch (I am in no way associated with Fender), but these cables rock.

I play a Spector Bass through a Fender Rumble 100. I keep buying these cables because the jack collars are sealed with the Fender labelled heat shrink. That heat shrink helps keep the jack assembly tightened, which means less fiddling with them to make sure they are tight. The more you fiddle with keeping them tight, the more stress is put on the 2 wires inside. Bend metal enough, and it starts to break, split, and fracture. So you can either solder heavy, crank them tight (which will suck for maintenance later), or put a heat shrink tube around them after they are tightened decently. This option seems to last me the longest, and requires no messing around with them. When they start acting up (years later), I could play the warranty game, or, I could cut them open, take them apart, re-solder the 2 wires back to where they go (cleaning up and damage by removal of material, cleaning off old solder with de-soldering, etc), and re-solder them. Tighten them to my preference, and add a new heat shrink tube to the whole assembly, covering it again. Soldering is simple, and these cables are, too. You can buy a soldering kit that will work just fine for the cost of an average cable, and then fix your own cables forever, or, waste a bunch of money replacing cables all the time looking for 'the one' fantasy. Good luck with option B. Option A works.

Been using this for guitar and bass in my studio and it’s been great so far. Feels way more premium than cheaper cables, nice and solid without being too stiff, and the length is perfect for my setup, as I just play at the desk Added a quick clip of me playing through it as well so you can hear it in use. It’s been clean and reliable for me, I don’t use an amplifier just goes straight into my interface & through monitors! There is a slight buzz/hum, but I’ve had that with pretty much every cable I’ve used so I’m pretty confident that’s coming from my interface rather than this. No issues at all otherwise, just does exactly what you want. This will definitely be my go-to cable from now on!

とても使いやすくて、ノイズも減った感じがするけど、さすがに長いですね 使いやすいかどうかで言ったら正直使いにくいですけど、音が良くなればそれでいいです 持ち運び結構大変になるので、フェンダーのギグバッグに入れて持ち運ぶと便利です、広めの物を選ぶといいかもしれないです
