What colour is the handle?

Cream coloured rubber. Well feels like some sort of rubber but makes lifting the kettle easy and handle doesn't get hot. Handle same colour as base of kettle.

Is this kettle fitted with a BS plug, some have said not.

The one we were sent had a continental style plug. Would have needed an adapter. Shame as we loved it but it had to go back x

Am i able to order a replacement filter? I have snapped mine trying to clean it
