Messy shrimp ball of joy
Stinky shrimp ball floats and potentially sinks.My turtle does not care but attacks the object, drags it into the underwater cave and devours it. Messy yes, worth the turtle joy, also a yes.

Immediately sinks to the bottom. If my RES "Godzilla" is not looking when you drop, you have to go in and retrieve it for her. She did eat it right up when she found it. They break apart fast in crumbs when she bites in and the water goes brown around it. I'll let her finish this treat bag as she seems to like the taste, but I wouldn't buy again as I was hoping she would be able bite and have it float away.

Turtle loves it but suuuper messy
Great little interactive treat for your aquatic turtles, but beware, it leaves a mess! My red ear slider goes nuts for these, he will try to gobble down every last crumb, but he still leaves a huuuuge mess on the bottom of the tank. My filter is capable of picking up most of it but I try to clean it up with a net to avoid clogging anything. I decided I'll save these treats for tank cleaning day, and feed it a few hours before I clean.Also some sunk while others floated. Didn't bother my turt though, he has lots of fun eating these. So it fulfilled its purpose. Just wish it wasn't such a messy treat!
