Immediately sinks to the bottom. If my RES "Godzilla" is not looking when you drop, you have to go in and retrieve it for her. She did eat it right up when she found it. They break apart fast in crumbs when she bites in and the water goes brown around it. I'll let her finish this treat bag as she seems to like the taste, but I wouldn't buy again as I was hoping she would be able bite and have it float away.

Great even if they don't really float
This gets 4 stars because my turtle loves them, but they don't float, at least most of them don't. I would say about 80% sink almost immediately, though that doesn't stop my turtle from chasing them around the tank! He LOVES these things, and as he is about 6in, he can't quite get his mouth around it, which makes it entertaining to watch.They smell terrible to me, but very fish like, and given his reaction, they smell amazing to him!
