The grains cook up long, separate, and fluffy, which is exactly what you want from good basmati rice. This rice is excellent quality. The grains cook up perfectly, stay separate, and don’t become sticky. It’s ideal for making Nigerian jollof rice, giving a lovely texture and absorbing the flavours really well. I’m very pleased with it and will definitely buy it again.
