Always a fan of Fern's

I will admit I haven't actually tried cooking with this one yet, but all other Fern's products I've tried have never failed to satisfy. No doubt this one will be equally good. The flavour of the paste from the jar is certainly great, and definitely on the hot side! Be warned lol. Use as a concentrated paste and don't add half the jar to 500g of meat. A couple of tablespoons is almost certainly enough.
