Great product, no response from support
These hoops are undistinguishable (to me) from the official Brother brand. I thought I had an issue with the grid, but I figured out that I had not applied the inner hoop with the arrow up, so the grid didn't line up with the center markers on the hoop. Before I figured that out, I sent an email to the manufacturer to ask why the grid had a problem. They have not responded. That is the only reason for four stars instead of five. Even though I ultimately didn't need the response, it's a negative that they didn't bother.
