BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!!
I ordered this for a recipe and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. This will replace fresh ginger and garlic in my recipes. I won't have to worry about buying fresh ginger. YAY!!!

Damaged Product but no ability to get a refund
The glass was broken and the contents spilled into the plastic wrap. The product is totally useless now. I should have been given full refund, but apparently that is not an option
