I think I like this. Sadly, my cough at night was at an all time annoyance so I started using this at the same time I started using zytrec to see if it would help. I have stopped waking to late night cough but I have to figure out which thing is the fix. I may need both but I honestly am torn as to which I'd prefer. Don't like constant meds but sleeping at this angle is a problem too. The cushion itself is firm but comfortable but I find I still need my pillown on it for some neck support. and even then I wake with sore neck at times because its just not a natural sleep position. The wedge is long so you lose a lot of sleeping surface. I'm 5'3 and in a king bed so my toes are just at the end now because as other reviewers have mentioned you do slide down to the bottom of the wedge. I've tried rising up to the top of it but then half your body is at an angle. Its all a little strange. That said I'm happy to have it for when I need it. I've slept with is for the past 4 nights and I think tonight I'll try just zyrtec alone.

This pillow is not 10 inches as described in ad I haven't slept on it yet ..but they have advertised 10 inches and sold 7- 7.5 Inches. It is firm..I have now slept on it ..It's comfortable to sleep on my back is a little less .. but I will continue to sleep on this wedge to see if it will help my night rest with my lumbar pain.

I am somewhat satisfied with the product however it takes a week for it to shape/ form to size …directions say it takes 48 hours but that is not enough time. It actuality took a full week to expand and then it still did not fully expand to size.Product information is misleading!

It’s firm and nice to use as foot elevation. Not so comfy to sleep on although if you have a need to do so it’ll get the job done. Very good size.

I love that it does as it says, no more storing helps me breathe better I don’t have to wake up any more and take a breathing treatment. I can sleep all night now without being woke up this pillow is a 10/10

Because of lower back issues, I sleep with a wedge pillow under my knees to relieve the pressure on my lumbar spine. This purchase was intended as a replacement for my old pillow, which fit well but eventually wore out (and is no longer available, apparently, on Amazon).Unfortunately, the proportions of this one seem to be designed for a person with much longer legs (I’m 5 feet, 4-1/2 inches) To get my knees into the right position, I have to hoist the narrow end of the wedge almost up to whatever part of my back corresponds, in front, to my waist. I checked the measurements before buying, and thought it would work, but no. This position is uncomfortable for me, and I haven’t slept well since I started using the pillow. I’d return it for a refund or credit, but it arrived tightly wrapped and compressed into a surprisingly small box, and took a day or so to reach its full size and shape once unwrapped, so returning it in/with the original packaging isn’t an option.

I decided to buy this pillow because of my constant sore throat, which the doctor assumed came from acid reflux at night. The pillow was nicely packaged in a tight plastic bag inside of a tightly sealed box. It was smooshed into the box but unfolded immediately when opened without losing its shape. The first few days I used the pillow I was very disappointed because it gave me severe lower back pain. I had it placed on top of my mattress and constantly slid downward. My sleep was terrible because I always woke up having to slide back up onto the pillow. Finally, I decided to place the pillow under my mattress. This works way better and my backpain has resolved. I don't have a sore throat anymore when waking up in the morning, which shows that this pillow really helps with the reflux at night. I still suffer from reflux during the day but that's a different story. Please note that when putting the pillow under your mattress, your mattress will lean and your partner will find it awkward when the bed is raised on one side. My husband doesn't mind, but this is clearly not a long term solution for us. For now it works though!
