How many ways can i charge this powerhouse?How should i choose a suitable solar panel?

You can charge it with a solar panel of up to 120 watts.
You will need to buy a pair of extension cables as the one that come with this are about 12” long,and the ones connected to your solar panel will be shorter.Just connect the m/f and f/m to the battery cable and to the solar panel.You don’t need anything in between as it’s built in.
The sun must be shining and your poweroak turned on before it will charge.Sounds straight forward but no one explained this to me and someone even said  he could not find the cables to connect it,which is complete rubbish,and made me decide to ask for a refund,which I have since cancelled.
Hope this helps.BTW I have it connected to a renogy flexible 100 watt panel.Also a renogy tool for releasing the clips or long nose pliers as they are to small and stiff to release with your fingers.

How long this power station can power your freezer mainly depends on the power consumption of your freezer. You can check the specification of your freezer or consult the freezer seller to get the freezer's daily power consumption in the unit of KWh (kilowatt hour). Then you can calculate how long our solar generator can power your freezer. For example, we have checked that a houshold freezer with rated power of 140W usually consumes about 0.85KWh / 850Wh energy in 24 hours - in other words, it consumes about 0.035KWh / 35Wh energy per hour. Considering the depth of discharge (DOD) of the battery and the conversion efficiency of the inverter (total about 80%), the actual usable battery capacity of our AC50S 500Wh power station is about 400Wh. So the AC50S power station can power the above mentioned 140W freezer for about 11 hours: 400Wh ÷ 35Wh = 11.
