What is the size of the capsules? I have a hard time swallowing.

Too big for someone who has trouble swallowing (older people, overweight people often do). These are softgels, NOT capsules, so you can't use a pill splitter to make them smaller. The product is fine, but I'm searching for another brand, smaller size, because of the size of these. If you get them stuck in your throat, you could suffocate before you somehow got to an ER -- although with great luck, maybe they'd start melting or dislodge with lots of big gulps of water. But in that situation, it's hard to even think of such things.

What mg dosage is each pill?

JBR is mistaken. Each softgel is 125 mg — the serving of 250 mg means taking 2 pills. See the Supplement Facts label.

The usp verified symbol is not on the bottle, is this usp verified?
