New Dell Latitude 3190 2-in-1 Laptop - 128GB SSD - 8GB RAM - w/Free pre-Installed Office Professional Software/Windows 10 Pro

I bought this tablet to use at home and on trips. It is a great size and very durable. I have had no problems with it at all and am a very glad that I bought it.

It works for what I need it for which luckily isn’t much. Can be very slow at times. While typing in Word it will intermittently just stop and I have to wait a few seconds for the words I typed to show up. The same goes with backspacing stuff. Overall kind of disappointed and wish I would have kept my old (7 years) laptop. I have not installed anything additional, have only used the programs it came with. It’s nice looking and seems sturdy, but overall, I am pretty disappointed

This is an amazing little laptop. I had trouble getting Microsoft office to open up and got immediate and very helpful support from the company. I am very, very impressed!

Exactly as described and delivered quickly, this laptop does everything I need it to do.

Needed business small laptop with windows. I think this will fit the bill

We purchased this laptop on July 15, 2019 approx. 8 months ago. NOW we need to purchase a new battery for the laptop. NOT so easy to do! Can't find one! Tried to call Dell Service and put on hold WAYYY too long. Still need to keep trying to find a battery :(

Purchased this because it said it included a full version of MS office. Imagine my surprise at being asked for a product key when setting this up for my daughter. If you're going to buy Office anyway, there are definitely better laptops to choose from in the same price range.

I bought this fully loaded - 8GB RAM and 256 SSD. I had my doubts about its speed but it works just as fast as my DELL E5470 14 inch Dell. I loaded on it the MEMU emulator and Dragon Naturally speaking 15 and the machine could handle both at the same time. No lags. Not sure if that will be the same if the machine gets hot but at the moment in the winter it's fine. Very pleased with it.
