What type of bulb base do they use & are there LED bulbs that fit this unit?

BTW, I tried "Led Candelabra Light Bulb Filament Vintage Edison Chandelier Dimmable Bulbs,40 Watt Equivalent,Warm White 2700k,400 Lumen,E12 Base,6 Pack" (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MMCW17V/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_ChOZFbR5S7K5H) and they fit and turn on just fine, but dimming does NOT work, despite them being dimmable LED bulbs.
