Absolutely, each sensory noodle is made from non-toxic TPR. All of our products are 3rd party tested and are certified with CPC (Child product safety certificate) There is a PDF document attached at the bottom of this listing.

What do they feel like? Do they feel similar to silicone bake-ware?

They don’t feel like silicone bakeware to me. They are squishy, soft (but very durable), and really stretchy. My students absolutely loved them. I bought them so my kids would have something to quietly fidget with as they read, and they did exactly what I hoped they would.

Were they made in the USA?

As a US-based company based in Wisconsin, wherever possible we manufacture our products locally. However, this product is made from a specialized Non-Toxic TPR material and the technology to produce this material does not exist in the US. All of our products are 3rd party tested to confirm they conform to US standards.
