I have struggled with falling asleep my whole life, but for the last few months I've been tossing and turning into the early hours of the morning. I could not find a comfortable position for my head with any combination of the pillows I already owned. I struggled from overheating from the tossing and turning and stress from sleeplessness. Even when completely exhausted, I could not fall asleep easily. I've had this pillow for around a week and I've been able to fall asleep much faster. What used to take hours now takes on average maybe 15-30 minutes. My head and neck finally feel like they're in a comfortable position and I don't feel the need to toss and turn and rotate in my bed like a rotisserie chicken. In my experience this pillow is firm but not too firm, feels soft and cozy as you're laying your head on it but gives support. I am highly enjoying it without modifying the thickness. It did not arrive with an odor. The queen size is slightly smaller than your typical pillow, but I don't think it needs to be any bigger for the purpose it fulfills. I would recommend this pillow to anyone encountering the same discomfort I was experiencing and consider it an excellent product.

I’m loving my new memory foam pillow! The quality is excellent and the comfort is wonderful! I no longer wake up with my neck hurting and I’m sleeping much better thru the night! Would purchase again.

I've been sleeping on this pillow since April, and I like it. I'm elderly, very short, and have frozen shoulders and a stiff neck. This pillow is very comfortable; Id rate it higher--like 4.8--but it is just a little bit too high for me. Not enough to cause discomfort, but it's higher than I'm used to (maybe because my old pillow was squashed flat). This has held its shape. It fits in our queen sized pillow cases. I do like it, I do recommend it, and if I ever have to replace it, I will buy it again.

Ok I have bought/ ordered over 20 pillows!!! I really really thought I wasn’t going to like this one but now it’s the ONLY pillow I can sleep with!!!!! I was a “my pillow” loyalist for years!!!! As I’m entering my 40’s I have developed pretty bad hip pain on my right side, I also am really feeling that aging because now I have developed pretty bad tennis elbow. Long story short my tennis elbow stems from my rotator cuff in my shoulder. I notices it would get really really bad after I sleep. I am a right side sleeper, no matter what I can’t break that habit!!! So I knew I needed an amazing pillow that offered better alignment for my neck, shoulders, and hopefully it would somehow help my hip!!! Well THIS pillow has solved all of it!!! When I first laid on it, I thought I wasn’t going to hate it!!! It is very “flat” and because of the material you really sink into it and it’s not at all the fluffy pillows I’m used to! But I had to give it a chance! For watching tv or reading this is not the pillow but for actually sleeping (what pillows are intended for) it is absolutely incredible!!!!! The curve for my neck is magic!!!! Somehow I don’t toss and turn, my shoulder, arm and hip feel no pain when I wake up!!!! I had to go to training and I didn’t take it, after 1 night not on this pillow my neck and tennis elbow flared so bad!! It’s been 3 months on this pillow and whatever magic design it is it offers the perfect support in all the right places!!! I’m so happy I got it!!! Side sleepers with any sort of pain due to body positioning all night don’t hesitate to try this pillow out!!! Game changer!!!

I've always been partial to the classic contour pillow and so far, this is one of the better ones I've tried. There are two main things I like about it. First, the low side of the pillow is high enough to support my neck without tilting my head back. Second, the memory foam is firm enough to support my head but soft enough to be comfortable. I have slept on this pillow for a week now, and it has been comfortable from the start. It is definitely helping my neck pain. I recommend this pillow.

Oh my gosh, I wish I had purchased this pillow earlier in the year, when my nocturnal neck pain issues began. It was getting worse over the months, radiating to my shoulders. Getting into bed, I found it impossible to get my head in a comfortable position. I had started looking at bed time as torture time. I have no idea what brought this on. So now I have this wonderful pillow, and all of those agonies are over! Lying on this pillow, my head and neck feel softly cradled and supported. Like a cloud. I fall asleep quickly in delicious comfort. I am grateful beyond. Of course, I still have some minor stiffness during the day, I’m no spring chicken. But I must say that compared to how I was doing before, I am one-thousand percent better. I have begun doing gentle rolling neck exercises. I highly recommend this pillow, if you are suffering as much as I had.

Love the pillow hate the bag. Half the win of a travel pillow that comes with a case is the quality of the case. Plastic and cheap, I was 15 days into a 20+ day trip and the bag ripped on my first trip with this pillow/bag. When the pillow expands it doesn’t slide easily out of the case so you pull from the bottom and that’s what ripped off. What this needs is something like a nylon drawstring bag, like they make for sleeping bags with a strap on either end that clasp together, so you can stuff it in your suitcase or when clasped closed the straps create a little belt that can go around your suitcase handle and the pillow can sit on top of your carryon or whatnot as you pull it along. Bag aside, as a side sleeper with broad shoulders, sleeping on a variety of beds while I traveled, I loved the pillow. Even when I slept on my back or stomach it was a supportive, dreamy experience.

I’ve been researching travel cervical pillows. This one had solid reviews. I am very pleased I purchased it! It comes wrapped in the travel bag. Followed instructions to “activate” it. It opened up completely and was in great shape. I slept on it for 5 nights. I have had great sleep each night. Actually, I think I like it better than the larger, harder cervical pillow I use. How to put back into travel bag: I really like the travel bag it came with. I kept the plastic bag/sleeve it arrived in. I suggest keeping it as I think it helped. I folded it lengthwise first then about 1/3 over. I put it back in the plastic bag/sleeve. Then it was super easy to get into the travel bag. I had to squeeze it in a bit but easy peasy. Put it in the luggage & bam! Done! I am so happy I now have a comfortable pillow to travel with for my neck and not have to use those uncomfortable hotel pillows. Highly recommend for travel and everyday use. The reviews are true, it’s a great cervical pillow. A friend of mine tried it and now is ordering one. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an amazing pillow. I’m mostly a side sleeper and am on the smaller side. I’ve taken out the middle layer and use the higher side for side sleeping and the lower side for back sleeping. I have tried a couple other ergonomic pillows this year (including one of a similar design) but this one was my favourite! It’s supportive enough for my neck but soft and the adjustable layers/heights are so helpful. I’ve been having some neck and upper back discomfort over the year and this pillow has really helped with supporting me through the night. It’s very comfortable. I purchased the queen sized one originally but just put in an order for the travel one as well! The price is definitely worth it. PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THESE!
