This is a pretty decent steamer that I would of given 5 stars to if there had been a water reservoir with minimum and maximum markers on it so you don't under or over fill and easier to get rid of all the steam after you have finished the job at hand as you have to release all steam to be able to undo the screw top to empty any excess water. so you have to guess how much water to put in it, then it's a bit of a task to be able to unscrew top to empty . But all the same this is an efficient machine that steams well..

Great item. Very powerful and great for cleaning highly recommended. Great value for money too! Really versatile when cleaning the bathroom and is very modern looking so doesn’t look out of place. The steam it powers is brilliant and uses less water than I thought when filled up. Had to pour some out after cleaning the whole bathroom! Great product!

Decent product but many things aren’t great about it. You cannot monitor the water levels which is very irritating as it can run out midway through use. It takes a while to heat up and even longer to cool off and you cannot refill until it’s entirely cooled down and the safety lock is disabled. Very hard to clean for more than 10 minutes at a time. The build is sturdy, but the button is very clunky and hard to press.

So I've seen a huge amount of reviews saying it doesn't give much steam, its flimsy to fill up, limescale builds up etc I paid £25 (I think its selling for £35 right now), the next cheapest steam cleaner is around £50-60. It gives a good 4-5 minutes of continious steam which plenty for a lot of things e.g. cleaning a car (which is what i purchased it for), cleaning the bath/ kitchen etc. Worried about limescale? JUST USE DEIONISED water! You can buy this from Tesco/Halford's etc for super cheap (£2-3 for 5 litres) and since all the minerals etc are removed there's no limescale build up whatsoever As mentioned used this to detail my car and it worked great - plenty of steam with a good amount of pressure (the additional bits of kit help too). could it be a better? yeah for sure but for £25 for something thats used occasionally it was a bargain and worked exactly as I'd hoped. Take care of it and it'll be just perfect!

Waste of money, it just worked once and then stopped working, it is useless. Unfortunately my return window has passed and I can't even return it. Don't waste your money on this useless product

I've not had a steam cleaner like this before and I was a bit nervous about using it at first. It does what it says on the box it takes a while to warm up but it's effective. You have to wait for it to cool down before you can take the cap off to refill it which I think is a good safety feature but it doesn't tell you that in the info leaflet so you may think it's broken but it's just cooling down. I found no issues with it ,no leaks has a long cable, but it would be nice if you could see the water level and only comes with more than one soft cloth. I think It's a good product at a good price and easy to use.

Good value for money

I turned on the product the yellow indicator light went on for 1 minute and then it stopped working, if also looked used when it came, it didn't look brand new and had marks on it, very disappointing.

Very cold not good at all

Compact, effective chemical free way to clean. However, the on switch has to be slid and held in place while using, which is awkward. With light use, good care and still stored in its box, it stopped working within 5 months. I’ll replace with an upgraded more robust steam cleaner at a higher price point. As someone who cares about doing my best for my health and the planet, it’s disappointing to be returning a product that is likely to be disposed of due to parts such as the heating element not being replaceable.

I'm not at all happy with the purchase waste of money I would say. Lot of struggle handling it.

It cleans well but it gets very wet compared to what I have seen for other cleaners. The hose could be longer too.
