I bought these to use for a science summer camp on a beach. They worked great for gathering sand samples to look at later. Lightweight and easy to transport.

I use these as lightweight vessels for my spices on backpacking trips to give more flavor to MREs. They fit PERFECTLY inside my jet boil and hold a good amount inside. Not sure if I would 100% trust them to stay closed if they were just floating around in my bag - though the caps are pretty sturdy. Overall, it's an inexpensive, light-weight, space-saving "luxury" item for those who need a bit more spice in their back country meals.
