Standard Series Precision Bass Body, Alder, Brown Sunburst

Super impressed! The body is absolutely perfect. Solid build, beautiful sunburst finish. And for this price I just have to say they knocked it out of the park! Absolutely happy with this P Bass body. Zero flaws and just really well made

This fits a 9.5" radius Mexican made Fender Bass Neck. Majority of the time it will be cut perfectly so to speak for bolting on. But there are a few instances I've read where there has been a mistake. I've bought two bodies (the other off of Reverb) and have no issues attaching them to my originally Buttercream Player P bass neck. Only thing missing is a gold anodized pickguard. Fender packages it well and amazon ships it protected by a few boxes so there's a high probability it will arrive brand new if not mint.

Beautiful finish. I actually went breathless when I first saw it. I piece of alder too! Totes gorge, light enough weight doesn't matter to me when it comes to bass customers if you want a lighter instrument don't play bass. Fender neck fit flawlessly. After trying to go a cheaper route (I ordered a returned Squire 60s vibe p bass that was deeply discounted, they sent an Affinity series PJ deluxe. Which I Promptly Returned!) I was Not a happy Amazon customer. I had an old 70s P bass neck since the 80s, and decided to buy this body. I couldn't be happier with the eventual outcome. I ordered most of the parts from Amazon and a couple from Marketplace, and after around $550 + $100 (for my tech) I have a great playing, Beautiful, simi semi vintage P Bass that gets a lot of compliments. I really like that the back of the body has a knot and lots of beautiful wood grain that's well matched.

When I ordered the bass body I thought I would be the first one receiving it, I didn’t see it marked as open box, but by the notes obviously I’m not the first one to see this bass body. The notes are correct. I have a Fender mexican neck(vintera) and an anodized aluminum pickguard also by Fender, and these things won’t fit the body without some routing of the neck pocket and the control pocket. The price is cheaper than Warmoth though, so I consider it a less expensive alternative.

I used this body on a build recently. Everything was drilled correctly and the finish was impeccable!

Using Fender parts makes a difference. US or Mexico doesn’t matter. Fender is consistent in my experience.

The neck cut out is a bit too shallow, it’s about a 16th of an inch thicker but doesn’t cause any problems.
