Excellent quality!๐๐ป
REALLY LOVE THIS HONEY. The third batch I received the top was broken, and there is no seal. A message to the producer: it would really be helpful if you could seal the jar and put on a stronger lid. Your product is great quality and it deserves a better protection for it. delicious product thank you.

Great Quality Honey
Iโve used this honey and I really like it. The flavor is smooth, natural, and not overly sweet. It mixes perfectly in tea and works great for baking too. The texture is rich and the quality feels very pure. I will definitely keep buying it!

Love It!
I love the taste of this honey. Yumm! Also, I muscle test strong on this honey. Versus I muscle test weak on supermarket pasteurized honey. (Google muscle testing to read about the theory if you don't know about it.) Tips: * Use Ice Cream Scoop This honey is solid unlike the processed honey you buy at the supermarket. Due to the solid nature of this honey it's challenging to get it out of the container. I use one-piece ice cream scoop to dig out the honey. * Thin it Try mixing this honey directly from the jar in your favorite drink. Doesn't work too well. I thin the honey by mixing it with a little water and then mix it in my drinks. * Use a Pump Dispenser I mix up a bunch of honey and water and then put it into my pump dispenser. (Caveat emptor: Be careful mixing honey with your blender. I almost burned out my Vitamix trying to thin some honey. I put some honey and water into the blender and turned it on. After a few minutes I smelled the mother overheating and turned it off. After a few minutes I flipped the switch on but the motor wouldn't spin. The Vitamix must have a sensor to detect the motor overheating which didn't allow me to turn the blender back on. Whew!) Then dispense the honey into my drink. My wife is happy. No sticky honey on the kitchen counter.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST HONEY!!!
I've never been a huge fan of honey...It's great with peanut butter but otherwise I never really had a lot of use for it...oh yeah, and in my homemade oatmeal bread...till I decided to try and eat better and learned about the benefits of things like raw unprocessed foods etc. I have tried a number from Amazon and am DEFINITELY done looking! :-D. It's very sweet so it doesn't take much, yet it's conveniently NOT runny with the consistency of spun honey you get at the grocery store, I don't know how they do it without cooking it down or some sort of processing that would minimize it's health benefits, but they manage! It's roughly the color of butter, well, it's the color you see in the picture, easy to spoon out and very spreadable. Even my very much of a health nut son was surprised by how good it tastes! Definitely give it a shot!

Not a honey fan -- until now!
Completely delicious. Best honey I've had, out of dozens & dozens I've tried over the years. I'm not a big honey fan because I never liked the flavor, but still used it bc of health benefits. But seriously, this honey changed my mind -- I really ENJOY consuming this! It's not a health "task" with this. I was frankly shocked. But very glad! It is on pricey side. Wish was in glass, not plastic... I scoop it out to keep in a glass jar, which is a bit of a pain, but not a problem, esp compared to real problems people face. We're repeat purchasers!

30 YEARS OF ALLERGY AGONY ARE GONE!
I am not here to debate the quality of the honey. Let me tell you what happened to me and you can make your own decision. In 1985, I was diagnosed with an allergy to dust. As far as I am concerned, everything is dust, eventually. I was working in a dust factory, U S Postal Service, for 26 years. I took every OTC pill to counteract the symptoms of runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watering eyes. For the last 6 years, I have left the dust factory, but still had the symptoms and had problems with mold, cats, and pollen. Everything is dust! Last year I heard about Rootology and that worked very good. Then about 5 month ago, I switched the brand of honey I was using to Y.S.Eco Bee Farms. I was patiently waiting for my symptoms to return to let me know when to take my herbal capsules. My symptoms have not returned. This is not a scientific study. The only thing that has changed is my brand of honey. The pollen came back. The three cats are still here. The mold is still in the AC unit. I have always heard that honey is good for your allergies. It finally dawned on me that this honey is working wonders for me. I have tried a lot of different types of honey and evidently this brand has the right stuff that I need to build up my immunity to all the triggers to make all hell break loose. I am very grateful for this honey. It cured 30 years of agony!!

I really like it and have bought many to compare
I've been buying this honey since February 2015. I really like it and have bought many to compare. This has the flavor I look for in honey, it is also very thick which I really like. You have to scoop it. However, two things that I have seen in my last two orders. In the past they all came with a nice layer of white. From what I've read this is a combination of wax, pollen, all the other good stuff. I enjoyed it. But I have not seen it in the last 4 jars. Not sure what happened but I'd like to see it again. The second, I just received two jars and the viscosity is much more fluid. Not a fan of the consistency. I highly enjoyed it needing to be scooped and that it stayed as a chunk when you scooped it. These last two jars are much less viscous and while you can't poor them like store bought honey, this new honey can be poured. The other thing I noticed is these jars are noticeably sweeter. I've been buying this honey for over two years and the color and sweetness does vary (just slightly, nothing drastic), and I love that about it. This is due to the time of year and what flowers are in bloom (I'm a big fan of honey harvested in the fall!). But these last two jars are Much sweeter than any others I've received. I'm not sure what's going on with the change but I very much hope it is a one time thing.

It used to be the greatest!
I have used only this brand for months & it has been consistently terrific. However, recently I suggested it to a client & she had a very bad experience with customer service after a defective delivery. I have also recently read poor reviews. I have not been able to find the large size anywhere & have been paying too price at my local organic store for the smaller jars. SO, Iโm not sure if the company is struggling with pandemic supply, changed personnel or other issue. All I know is this is/was the creamiest, best raw local honey Iโve found in years of using quality raw honey. The grocery shelf versions are put to shame! Please, dear company, get your act together! Note: this was clearly not an Amazon problem.
