Nice flavour even when using with oven cooking

Not bad and worth a go on the barbecue.
Fairly sweet but not spicy. Nice with chicken in the smoker or grill. There are so many seasonings for barbecue you just need to find the right one for you.

Good flavour
Great dry marinade. Gives a great Tennessee flavour. Make sure you keep it in air tight container to stop it clogging up. If it does clog just grate it to use
