Just about the best veggie fertilizer
I've used this fertilizer annually for several years on tomatoes, peppers, tomatillos, and eggplant. I till it in before planting and apply twice during growing season, stirring into the soil around base of plants. Growth of the plants has always been good and steady. I never see a nitrogen flush but fruiting is dependable. Just nice steady growth and lots of flowering and fruiting.

Very good fertilizer for my vegetables. I like it's delivered to me and I don't have to move it any more than I have to because I can't lift heavy bags of fertilizer

Plant super charge!
This mix kicks butt for tomatoes and herbs. I can't believe the results this year. Rich green leaves and great growth on all our tomato plants, and the basil and sage responded the same way. Really impressed with the results and the yield.

Great Stuff
I switched to mostly organic gardening last year and bought a bunch of Down To Earth organic fertilizers and soil amendments. They worked very well, but it was a bit of a pain to mix together a bunch of different products (like 15 different products) in the correct ratios. I then decided to get this stuff to make it much simpler. I do mix some other amendments (crab meal, bat guano, etc.) with this, since I have them on hand, and this blend doesn't have everything that I want, but you could certainly use it on it's own and get great results. I bought the 15 lb. bag nearly a year ago and still have about half of it left, so it goes quite a long ways, and I'm an avid gardener. Plants grow very healthy and seem to love this stuff. It does have a somewhat unpleasant smell, so keep that in mind if using indoors. I've found that it will dissipate within a couple days. I highly recommend this product, as well as all of the Down To Earth products. Great company.

Part of my new soil blend going forward
I used this when I transplanted my tomato plant to a much larger pot. The plant didn't go into shock. Seems like a great addition to the soil.
