Excellent sprouting
I was very surprised, but the grass came up quite well, fast, and I planted it in sandy soil in October/november. South Florida. Just watered it for a little over a week. Was thinking it was going to come up, then it all sprouted at once.

Hard to get grass to sprout. Looks decent in spots that it did grow

Worthless
VERY PRICEY FOR THE RESULTS WHICH ARE POOR..I did everything correctly and even used excellent soil for the seed to be sprinkled in. Great weather conditions for germinating..I followed the directions which is simple .Poor results.I was watchful and kept them moist. And they are very very slow to sprout if they do sprout. A waste of my time and money .However it wasn't a waste of time for the knowledge that this product is worthless. Don't purchase this.Your better off going to the big box store and buying a couple of rolls of Centipede sod.

It’s growing
The seed takes longer than Bermuda to sprout. But it has sprouted and it is growing, and I am very pleased. Looking forward to when it becomes a full lawn.

Maybe… in time…?
It’s been a month… I’ve kept very moist…. And results are minimal. I see some baby grass…. But not nearly what I expected and am not at all sure that my wishful thinking isn’t the source of whatever positive results I can attribute. But … still hoping to be pleased. Also interesting the criteria questions asked to prompt the review do NOT ask about grass growth results, just ease of use, spread, and value. 🤔

Works about 90% of the application
We live in Texas and our grass has been struggling. I decided it may just be too far gone and added more seed. I first raked up all the dead thatch, then put this seed down, followed by fertilizer, and then lightly put some fresh soil on top. While my grass looks like I now have multiple variants of grass in it now (I definitely do), this has been helping my lawn from not becoming a giant clay mud pit.
