I just got my new Cuisinart and measured the interior. I was wondering how a 12 inch pizza could fit into this oven if the depth is only 11 inches, as stated in some of the other answers. Here is why: when I measured the depth  along the SIDES of the oven, it is about 11 inches. But the back of the Cuisinart on the inside is not flat! Therefore, if you measure the depth of the oven from the CENTER of the oven instead of the sides, it is a little bit over 12 inches. That’s how a round, 12 inch pizza can fit.

I have a massive Cuisinart toaster oven, not this air fryer.  But the construction is basically the same right down to the minimalist electronic controls.  So for cleaning..........

Line the pull out crumb tray with aluminum foil and change the foil out every 3-4weeks. Done.

The hot air carrying moisture with food products in it will discolor the outer finish around the door, the glass, the handle, and even the outer casing and area around the controls.  For that, don't use kitchen cleaning products.  Use a metal polish with a very fine abrasive or an automotive polish designed to remove paint scratches in a clearcoat finish (e.g. SWIX).  The brown food discolorations will come off the stainless steel in minutes and you only need to do it every 6-12 months.  The polish can be used on the inside and outside of the glass too.

As for the baking tray and the racks, I've been throwing mine in the dishwasher for 10 years with no adverse effects.

Has anyone figured out the magic formula to convert regular air fryer recipes to the Cuisinart air fryer so they don't burn?

Accepted Answer

Try reducing the temperature of your recipes by 50°F.  The Cuisinart air fryer oven runs hotter than other air fryers.  The Cuisinart toaster oven I own also runs hot and will burn cookies if I don't reduce the temperature and/or time.

Question 4

How long does the oven make a running noise like it's still cooking after you cancel/stop a cooking order when it's done?  Very confusing

When the countdown cooking timer reaches 0.00, the oven will beep 3 times and the heaters will turn off. After cooking, the fan will remain on for the 2 minutes appearing on the countdown timer for cooling purposes.
