Does this product come along with a carrier strap??

Hoopa uses the term " shoulder strap ". This pillow style does not have shoulder strap. Shoulder strap transfers newborn's weight to mom's shoulders. Shoulder strap is available only in " Hoopa Feeding Pillow Plus with MRP 1290 "

Sorry you can't burp the baby with this you need to take the baby out of this after feeding for burping.
