New Balance Men's Mo990gr4

I have really bad feet. Surgery on left foot. Lots of extra parts (metal). Remnants of Vietnam. Bad bunion on the right foot. Arthritis in both ankles. High tops give me extra support. Cushioning is supportive but still very giving and soft. I try a lot of shoes. These are the most comfortable shoes I own, and add a lot to the quality of my life. They are also Made In America. Thank you New Balance for making such a great shoe, and thank you Amazon for making it accessible, and affordable.

Extremely comfortable....Looks great/ and well built in the U.S.A.!

My husband was in construction and wore boots all of his adult life. He started having problems with his feet and remembered that he had worn New Balance tennis shoes for a while. We ordered them and the first pair was too small so I returned them without any problems and reordered a half size larger. These fit perfectly and took care of his foot problem. I have already ordered another pair because he is hard on shoes. These shoes also clean easily.

I wear a 13 in most shoes and boots however Nike and New Balance I usually need an almost impossible to find 12.5. After reading all of the reviews for these sneakers I bought the 13. That was a bad decision because just like the rest of the new balance sneakers these run about a half size larger than normal. I don’t know why people are commenting saying the opposite but believe me.

I love this as a hiking boot. Nice ankle support, yet the cushioning of a running shoe. It’s a little warmer than some shoes for the summer, but great for most days. I haven’t used them on ice/snow yet, but I expect they would have at least fair traction.

New Balance shoes are my husband's favorite. He wears a 13 4E, and these fit him well as out-last most of the other brands.

Perfect comfort just like standard 990s, but better for inclement weather like walking on snow. It is just like a sneaker boot hybrid best of both worlds. As this is sadly discontinued I purchased multiple pairs to enjoy these as long as possible. My hope is that New Balance brings them back in the future, I would immediately buy multiple pairs again to support New Balance bringing it back.
