This system performed better that I expected it would in every way. The seller shipped the item in a timely manner & out the box, my ability get my work done was changes for the better. I was behind, trying to complete some sermons for distribution on my computer. From the very first day I used this product I concluded that I wasted quite a lot of time doing things the hard way, but no more. On my computer it took over a hour to duplicate one sermon, now in about five to eight minutes I have multiple copies ready. I would buy this item again & again if needed, because it is a sturdy, well made, compact, quiet, easy to operate & most of all, very fast. I recommend this item also because after several months of use, all the trays work & it never backs down from the work load. It is a definite game changer & a tremendous time saver.

The media could not be loaded. I have owned this for 8 months. It worked well for my first job, I am trying to use it for a second job and it is extremely glitchy. Drives failing, discs failing, not ejecting and telling me what has passed or failed. I’m completely over it. Wish I could send it back honestly. I have spend the day copying one disc at a time because there is only one drive working.

I've used several different brands of duplicator before, and this one is my favorite. While I haven't explored all the various functions yet, the ones I've used are nice indeed. Everything is easy to understand and use, and the display is easy to read and full-featured. It works perfectly every time, copies very quickly, smoothly, and almost never fails a copy. It has never erred, and that's after untold hundreds of CDs copied. We'll see how it does after untold thousands.

This duplicator has worked flawlessly since the day it was unpacked. When used with premium blank CD or DVD media, you'll get perfect copies each and every time. One tip for those who've never used high-speed duplicators: For error-free copies, select a burning speed slightly below the certified speed of the recording media. For instance, if your blank CD-R media can be copied at a certified speed of 52X, set the duplicator burning speed at 48X or lower. The other appealing feature of this duplicator is its price. This unit replaced a ten-year-old 5-target duplicator which cost TWICE as much as this copier. Overall, it's a great deal - great performance at a great price. For anyone looking for a high-speed CD/DVD duplicator, you should seriously consider this model.

Worked well for a few days, then "No Text Readable" on the display just "Blank Green Screen" still works, but no "options" available to read

This product helped me meet a tight deadline. I needed to burn 90 Double layer DVDs and of those, it detected errors on one. That one would still play (wasn't a coaster), but I was glad the burner caught the error and I tossed that disk.One thing that tripped me up once was that when I was too slow loading the new blank disks (for example put in disk 1 and not immediately put in disks 2,3,4,5) it started the copy process on just the one disk so that cycle I got one copy vs. 5. I learned to put them all in the trays then slide all the trays in one right after the other. I've since seen in the manual where I could set the timer to a longer time before it starts to copy that would have avoided this as well.I found the menus to be intuitive and the manual clear enough when I did have questions.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and will use it for many projects in the future.

Arrived with instructions that noted need to try different power outlets and to use standard computer cord if power problem. There was one. I can see a red light flash on the back by the power connections when powered up but the fan only ran one time briefly and when the trays open and closed the power failed. Called customer service and they said unscrew power connector and see if wired connection was lose. It was not. Today I will buy a computer power cord and see if that helps. It seems obvious that this machine was shipped with known defective power problems.update: Bought a new computer power cord. Does not work. Will ship back

This is a GREAT accessory for anyone that needs to duplicate user generated material from Video Cameras. This is what I use it for. I use the Bestduplicator to produce multiple copies of Video and Audio for our Band performances. I have to manually take the information from the video camera and convert it so that it will fit on a single density DVD+R disc for reproduction. For a few instances, I was making twenty copies using a computer with two DVD Drives and this took way too much time.With the BestDuplicator, I can make those same twenty copies in a fraction of the time I used to spend. The Bestduplicator will make 5 copies of the master in a fraction of the time that one is being made on the computer. I wish now that I had purchased the 10-disc capable unit, but the irony of it all is that in over the two hundred copies that I have made so far in the couple of months that I have owned the duplicator, it has yet to burn a FAILED disc! The unit keeps track of individual failures on each run but I have never had one happen yet and that is amazing compared to the way I was doing it before with the use of a computer.I would recommend this unit to anyone needing to duplicate non-copyrighted material in larger quanities. I certainly appreciate the time and effort that this machine has saved me. It comes with a back-up disk of NERO Burning suite, but that is already loaded and I unboxed the unit and had 15 copies made in a very short time on the first try without much of a learning curve. Good Machine and so far it has demonstrated quality copies every single time it has been used. Thank You, Amazon and the MHL Computer Systems, inc people for creating such a time and labor saver.
