I have been buying these filters since 2015 for my Dirt Devil vacuum. They work great and are super easy to change. My vacuum has great suction and has never had any issues. I think the price is very reasonable and honestly, it hasn't changed much in 8 years.

To be clear, these of course are not impossibly cheap "Dirt Devil Brand" filters. They are inexpensive, compatible filters made and sold by someone other than Dirt Devil.These replacement filters do not feel exactly the same as the factory brand. They have a slight sort of "coated" feeling" and are not as soft and paper-like to the touch as the Dirt Devil brand filters. However, this does not seem to affect their performance. If anything, I find it makes them a little easier to clean off between uses.The hole where you sit the filter into the vacuum is slightly smaller on these replacements, so you must push slightly harder to fit it on. This is not a big deal. I am talking "slightly," really. If it were looser, that would be a big problem. But slightly TIGHTER just means you actually have a better fit.The longevity of these replacements seems to be about the same as the factory brand. I haven't noticed any difference. The amount of stuff vacuumed up and trapped is the same with the original brand filters.Upshot: works the same as Dirt Devil brand but is a lot less expensive.

The item I received is in fact not by Dirt Devil but instead a F1 HEPA filter by Febreeze. It is generic in a sense that it's not made by dirt devil.Pros• Cheaper than Dirt Devil filter as Dirt is charging 22 dollars for their's• Is scented. When you turn your vaccume on it leaves a refreshing scent in the room.• Has an area on top of the filter to mark when it should be changed and it is recommended ( also stated on box ) that it should be changed bi-yearly or every six months from date of 1st use.Cons• None, the filter works perfectly fine as it should.

It fits well and does a good job. Happy with this item.

Bought this a month after my wife accidentally threw off the old filter.Pros:1. Excellent filtration of dust. Either the original/OEM filter was substandard or probably had a tear - our dark furniture used to get a fine patina of dust and we had assumed that it was time for a new vacuum.2. Fit like a glove into my DirtDevil Vision and has been effective in keeping the dust well inside and away from the motor ever since.3. The filter life can be extended easily by enclosing the filter in a plastic bag and hitting the black base on a wall/ground and getting as much dust out of it as possible (very easy to clean this way).4. OEM filter costs more than double as per DirtDevil repair center and even in Target/Walmart!Cons:None whatsoever after 8 months of using ONE of those filters!
