If you have ibs stay away from this.
I really wanted to give a great review as I had such high hopes after a friend shared this product wt me. I suffer from ibs and this product had me so sick even when taking it wt food. I was so constipated the entire time and didn't sleep at night due to the pain. I gave it a solid 2 weeks before giving up. If you are like me and have ibs do not take this.

Plastic Sealed & not resealed
