All Rocky Mountain oils 100%therapeutic grade oils they are safe too use in orally or skin use

Is there a difference in oils I buy from Amazon rather than the individual companies?

Rocky Mountain oils is the company selling on Amazon. I have bought them through Amazon and directly from Rocky Mountain oils, there isn't a difference in the oil quality. The difference is, they don't offer the variety of oils on Amazon that they do on their site.

What kind of cinnamon is used in this? Cassia or Ceylon?

Label says Cinnamon Bark. RMO’s website has a great q&a section and a place to ask questions, as well.

Can i consume this oil with water.

From my studies of becoming a clinical aromatherapist and what I have learned so far the oils in this essential oil blend are safe to ingest in small amounts meaning only up to 3 drops at a time as long as you are not allergic to the plants they come from. Yes there is a few oils in this blend that are naturally hot so if you put drops of it in juice, ginger ale, lemonade, V8 juice or whatever do up to 5 ounces and drink down fast and have a second sip as chaser if need be. I'm studying from Aroma Apothecary Healing Arts Academy doing long distance learning, it's a 300 hour course.
